Yes, short breaks can be booked during low and mid-season. To find out more about when you can book a short break, please email us at hello@seaviewdevon.co.uk.

Check-in time is 4pm and checkout time is 10:00am. We do have some flexibility, but please let us know in advance if the times are an issue and we’ll try to arrange the cleaning agency to come at different times.

As a rule, the standard holiday-let arrival date (known as the changeover day) is a Friday. The standard changeover day is highlighted green on the availability calendar within the booking page.

Unfortunately we don’t allow dogs.

Beds at SeaView are made up with duvets and bed linen, which is included in the booking price.

Towels are included in the price of the holiday. Please note these are bath towels and are not to be used at the beach.

Yes, WiFi is included in your stay.

Please do leave SeaView clean and tidy at the end of your stay, which includes all equipment and utensils. Please put any rubbish into the appropriate black/blue/green wheelie bin, and please strip the beds. For more information on your responsibilities as a customer, please refer to our booking conditions.

Currently we don’t have a cot or highchair.
