Sustainability is really important to both Vicky and I. A few years ago, when we bought our first home, we made a commitment to make it as eco-friendly and sustainable as possible. Having solar panels installed unfortunately wasn’t an option, so we signed up for our utility bills through ‘Bulb’, who supply renewable energy. We also signed up with Carbon Footprint (www.carbonfootprint.com) to offset all our utility bills, car, flights, bus and train journeys.

We have carried this over to SeaView, where we offset all guest stays — including all journeys to and from SeaView. ‘Carbon Footprint’ offset our carbon emissions by planting trees specifically in Devon. View our certificate.
